"You guys know your stuff! As a veteran property man- ager I have dealt with a lot of construction guys but you guys do it right! It is rare that I find an outfit like yours that pays more attention to the details than I do! You’re awesome, thanks for the great work."
"I have several rentals in San Diego and was in the process of completing a small build and needed the alley way in front of the garage paved. I called around to 3 contractor and Frank and his team got the bid not just based on price but availability (since I had a short time frame to get this done). Doing small asphalt jobs as I later found out aren't high priority but frank was fantastic. In addition to price and quality of the job, he called me the day of, prior to the crew arriving since he knew that space was limited and I had concern of blocking in neighbors. Even my own general contractor on the build didn't provide such notice when they had large trucks potentially invading others space. Bottom line, 5-star review all the way and I would highly recommend Frank and their team to do any size job for you or your business. Communication is key and knowing what a clients needs are, and budget, really made for a great experience. Thank you!"
